History
Year 2000
Song Lo Shipbuilding Company Limited was founded by three marine mechanical engineers from Nha Trang University of Fisheries (now Nha Trang University). All three of them had previously participated in the VN90 project – the project to build the first FRP composite ship in Vietnam.
After 20 years of operation, Song Lo Shipbuilding Company Limited has achieved many successes in the domestic market and become one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam in the field of building and repairing high-speed canoes, tourist boats, public service boats... using FRP composite materials.
